Before CommissioningPlease send all the information I need about the character, including a full-body reference sheet.If you want a specific pose, expression, outfit, or other details, please mention them beforehand.The reference should clearly show the character’s colors and clothing design.Please also inform me about any important or unique features of the character before I begin.Work in progressThere will be 3 sketch stages where I will send progress sketches.During these stages, small changes can be made for free.Once the final sketch is approved, major changes will require an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the request.Very small adjustments (for example adding a mole or tiny detail) will still be done for free.Estimated completion time:Sketch: about 1 weekFinished artwork: about 2–3 weeksThis may vary depending on the number of current orders.All commissions will be organized in Trello, where clients can see the queue and order progress.Rush OrdersRush orders can be prioritized in the queue.A rush fee of around 10% may apply depending on the commission.PaymentPreferred payment methods:PayPalKo-fiSometimes I may also accept Discord Nitro or certain in-game payments, but direct payment (PayPal / Ko-fi) is the priority.Refund PolicyRefunds are not possible once the final sketch is approved.A refund may only be requested if there are no updates for 1–2 months.If the artwork has already reached the coloring stage, refunds are not available.For flat color commissions, up to 40% may be refunded, depending on the progress.
NSFW PolicyI can draw NSFW commissions.However, I will not work with minors on NSFW content.Clients are fully responsible for honestly stating their age.I will not request ID, so please respect this rule and provide your real age.
If it is discovered that a client lied about their age, they will be blocklisted and I will refuse future work with them.File PolicyFinal files will be sent through Gmail, because platforms like Discord may reduce image quality.Previews and progress updates may still be sent through Discord.I will never send finished artwork without a watermark.Usage and CreditPlease inform me how the artwork will be used (personal, commercial, etc.).Commercial use costs +20% of the total price, depending on the order.Clients are allowed to make small edits to the artwork, but major changes are not allowed.If the artwork is posted anywhere, credit to me as the artist is required.
